“I have been engaged with Positive Response to train my puppy as I am a first-time dog owner. I opted for the online course as I am based on the Sunshine Coast. I found the course to be very user-friendly, full of everything I needed to know to form a beautiful bond with my pup and keep her happy, stimulated, safe, and healthy; from toileting, nutrition, crate training, basic obedience - it was all there! I have liaised with the staff including Dee whenever I had issues, the help I received and prompt response made the whole process run very smoothly!
